The earlier we talk, the smaller the cost and the greater the new home owner delight. Even if you are only in the ‘searching for a block’ stage, the knowledge I can give you will be invaluable.
Basic Service

Discover if your existing plan for your new build has potential for improvement for energy efficiency, sustainability, connection between indoors and outdoors, or simply could be more unique and interesting. This can be achieved by emailing your existing plans and block location, but is far better served by visiting us and experiencing some of these concepts for yourself.
Design Service
$199
All aspects of your plan maximised for energy efficiency, sustainability and indoor/outdoor connection. An opportunity for reworking various aspects of the proposal before completing the enhanced design.
Advanced Service
$299
As for the Design Service, but with continued consultation as the build progresses and final selections of your new home are completed.
